Cancellation of Service:
Please verify:
Customers are only obligated to complete each pay period they have entered. Cancellation must be done no later than 7 days prior to your next invoice date to allow processing time.
1. INVOICES ARE PAID -Verify all invoices have been paid prior to cancellation
2. BINS ARE EMPTY- Place bins upside down & empty beside your home/garage
3. BIN CONDITION- Damaged/defaced/altered bins must be repaired or replaced
